1. Scope & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programs, retreats, courses, workshops, yoga classes, digital products, and content offered through this website and by Intentionally Angel (Angelika Kittel), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By accessing this website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
All offerings provided by Intentionally Angel — including coaching, mentoring, yoga, retreats, courses, workshops, and digital materials — are intended for personal development, self-reflection, and wellbeing.
They do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.
No diagnosis, healing, or cure is promised or implied.
Participants remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing at all times.
3. Participation & Responsibility
Participation in any class, session, retreat, or program is voluntary.
You confirm that:
- you are physically and mentally able to participate
- you take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results
- you listen to your body and personal limits
Intentionally Angel is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
4. Bookings, Payments & Prices
All prices are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.
Bookings become binding once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
Payment terms, installment options, and specific conditions may vary per offer and will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
Intentionally Angel reserves the right to adjust prices, programs, or schedules when necessary.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation conditions depend on the type of service (e.g. classes, courses, retreats, events) and will be communicated separately at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Digital products are non-refundable
- Missed sessions cannot be refunded
- Retreat deposits are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Any exceptions are handled with fairness and individual consideration.
6. Changes & Force Majeure
Intentionally Angel reserves the right to make changes to programs, schedules, locations, or facilitators if necessary.
In cases of force majeure (e.g. illness, travel restrictions, natural events), alternative solutions such as rescheduling, online formats, or credit options may be offered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including texts, concepts, methods, videos, audios, worksheets, and materials — is protected by copyright. The I-LOOP Method, related frameworks, wording, and materials are the intellectual property of Intentionally Angel.
Use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching, mentoring, courses, retreats, or group settings is treated with confidentiality and respect.
Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

10. Liability Limitation
Intentionally Angel is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential damages resulting from participation in any offering.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria.
Place of jurisdiction is Austria, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
