In September, we gather on the small, raw Greek island of Folegandros — a place where the world feels quieter, simpler, and closer to the essentials.
Surrounded by stone, sea, and vast open sky, this retreat invites you back to your roots — back to yourself. Through the I-Loop Alignment Method, we move through four clear phases of reconnection, release, refocus, and realignment — supported by yoga, reflection, and intentional community.
For the first time, this is a mixed retreat — open to both women and men who feel called to reset, ground, and consciously choose their next direction.
Folegandros does not distract. It strips away. And in that simplicity, something powerful happens:
